Our edges cleaning the floor at a transfer station
Why use rubber edges?
Rubber wear edges are used in Transfer Stations, Recycling Facilities and Waste-to-Energy Plants for one main reason - TO PROLONG THE WEAR LIFE OF THE CONCRETE TIPPING FLOOR. The cost of repairing/replacing a tipping floor can put a strain on the maintenance budget not to mention the operational downtime associated with the repairs.
Other benefits of rubber edges include:
Reduced sparking and fire hazard (ideal for paper recyclers)
Squeegee effect of rubber on floor
Noise reduction
Shock absorbing
Protects bucket
Cost effective

Why useRUBBEREDGE LLC?
We are your one-stop shop for all of your rubber cutting edge needs. We carry both solid rubber cutting edges (molded rubber) as well as laminated rubber cutting edges (100% recycled, bus and truck tires). All of our rubber edges have a sliding, T-track mounting channel, which eliminates the hassle of fixed bolt patterns (See Diagram). The channel allows us to accommodate almost any bucket size using a 2 or 3-piece configuration. This allows us to have our all of our edges IN STOCK so we can deliver them to your facility within 1-3 days after receiving the order- no more long lead times.
Our most popular and cost effective rubber edge option is the larger profile laminated edges, the Model 911R. These edges have proven to significantly outlast the wear life of our competition and provide our customers with a considerable cost savings.
