Work Safely - Support your bucket then clean bucket moldboard. Slide T-Bolt Assemblies into sliding mounting track (See Diagram). Place one rubber edge section onto a forklift. If you do not have a forklift, set edges on ground and drive loader bucket over edge.
Roughly align bolts and edge with holes in moldboard. Raise edge/lower bucket closer to moldboard and fine tune bolt alignment so the bolts will come through the holes when the edge is raised or the bucket is lowered. DO NOT USE YOUR HANDS TO ALIGN BOLTS.
Once bolts are pertruding through the holes, install round washers and nuts.
***For Optimal wear life run edges flat with the bucket in the float position. Increasing down pressure or tilting edge does not improve performance, it will only decrease the life of the edge.
